The Colorado Trust is a grantmaking foundation dedicated to ensuring all Coloradans have the opportunity to thrive. When the nonprofit PSL Healthcare Corporation was sold to a for-profit organization in 1985, the proceeds of the sale were used to create The Colorado Trust. We partner with organizations across Colorado that are working to make positive changes for people and communities. We provide funding and other resources to help every person living in Colorado have the opportunity to live a long and healthy life. Our grants support organizations and efforts focused on policy advocacy, community building, direct services, public education and much more. We work side-by-side with grantees and community members to ensure grants are solution-based and effective.

The Jospeh Henry Edmondson Foundation was established in 1987 as a private, multi-purpose foundation to provide philanthropic support to the Pikes Peak region.

In keeping with our founders' philosophy, the Joseph Henry Edmondson Foundation operates with the values of humility, service, and respect at the forefront. We are partners with the nonprofit organizations and fellow funders with whom we work. In partnership, we leverage our dollars, our expertise, our knowledge, our networks, and the vast palette of opportunity that lie before us. We are not only vigilant stewards of the dollars entrusted to us, but also of human capital ~ of people and their talents.

While we employ traditional grantmaking tools, we understand that the philanthropic sector allows for a flexible, agile, and dynamic environment that is apt for the production of creative capital. As such, we also proactively identify, cultivate and support innovation and strategic endeavors.
